Rose Cottage is available for 2 people for $325 to $350 per night (3 night minimum stay on weekends)
Each additional person (maximum of 4 adults, please) is $25 per night.
Cleaning fee of $150 per stay.
Transient Occupancy Tax is 12% of rent (including cleaning fee).
